We work collaboratively with parents and children to thoughtfully design a personalized development program that maximizes the potential of each student, based on their interests and strengths. Each student meets with a success coach to check on their performance, discuss goals, and stay motivated.
Life Skills and Vocational Education
At Wellbright, we blend innovation and creativity with practicality. Our students become skilled, confident, and independent, mastering a diverse range of life skills from emotional intelligence and cooking from scratch to financial literacy. Wellbright high school students take college-level vocational courses and do internships in the community businesses.
Rooted in Community
At Wellbright, education extends beyond the classroom. Alongside parents and teachers, local business owners and community leaders play an active role in our students' learning. They offer invaluable opportunities for students to shadow professionals at work, engage in internships, and gain insights through shared experiences and wisdom.
Entrepreneurship
We equip our students with the knowledge and opportunities to understand the dynamics of starting a business. By applying their vocational and entrepreneurial skills, they exercise building business and offer their products and services to the community.
